It's like the saying goes: the apple doesn't fall far from the tree! That phrase usually has a negative connotation, but in this case, it's a positive one!
An observation I made: while supers' powers appear to be random, it appears that Dash and Violet may have inherited some traits from their parents. I'll give you an example. Bob and Helen both have superhuman durability. During the jungle chase in "The Incredibles", Dash flies through the air and lands on top of a velocipod without injury. Another example is the fight with the Omnidroid. When the Omnidroid comes down on Violet's force field, it cracks on her head, but this simply knocks her out. (In reality, this could have broken her neck. I'm surprised that she didn't get a concussion, at least.)
Anyway, it might be possible that Violet also inherited some flexibility from Helen. If this hasn't been shown in current installments, I hope to see this in future one (assuming that there are any). God bless!
